SPECIAL MEETING
ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
MAY 20, 1982
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West University Place
convened in Special Session at the City Hall., Thursday, May 20, 1982,
7:30 p.m, with the following members present: Chairman Casey, presiding;
Members Abell, A11en and Norton present.
Chairman Casey called the meeting to order and ascertained that the
Publication of Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Houston
Chronicle on April 27, 1982.
On the agenda to be discussed was: Application No. 82-2.
Lot 12, Block 39, WUP 1st
6645 Westchester
The Zoning and Planning Commission agreed. that there was already existing
two (2) lots. One Lot being 100' x 100' of Lot 12 and a second Lot
being E 50' x 100' of Lot 12.
After lengthy discussion Mr. Norton moved to approve the application to
replat Lot 12, Block 39, West University P ace 1st. into two (2) lots of
50' x 15.0', each with both lots fronting on Westchester, subject to
compliance with all building setback rec{uirements, building codes or other
governing ordinances, etc..... Seconded by Mr. Abell.
Voting Aye: Abell, Casey $ Norton Voting No: Allen
Application No, 82-3:
Lot 6, Block 32, WUP 1st
6506 Rutgers
Mr. Norton made a motion that the application No. 82-3 to subdivide Lot 6,
Block 32, WUP lst. be Denied. Motion seconded by Mr. Abell.
All in favor for motion to subdivide be Denied. Motion Carried.
With no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion duly
made by Mr, phP~L to adjourn the meeting- and seconded by Mr. -Allen
the meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
