ZONING AND PLANNING COl`~tISSION
APRIL 8,1982
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of 1Vest University Place
convened in regular session at the City Hall, Thursday, April 8, 1982,
7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Chairman Casey, presiding;
Members Abell, Allen and Norton.
The Chairman ascertained the the notice of meeting was posted in the
City Hall on April 5, 1982.
Proposed Virginia Street Construction:
Q~ Mr. Casey determined that Mr. Norton and Mr. Allen had no pertinent
questions and .after a lengthy discussion of the Virginia Street development
and adjoining property open discussion followed.
It was determined that a letter would be sent to the Honorable Mayor and
Q City Commissioners for consideration of proposal for development of six (6)
Q lots facing Virginia Street Right-of-way. All members were in
agreement to turn this matter over to the .City Commissioners.
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Zoning and Planning Commission held
on March 11, 1982 and were approved at presented.
jVith no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion duly
made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
