SPECIAL MEETING
ZONING ~ PLANNING COMMISSION
APRIL 25, 1983
The Zoning and Planning Commission convened in regular session on Monday,
April 25, 1983, 5:30 p.m., with the following members present: Chairman
Kendrick, presiding; Members Bettler, Norton, O'Leary and Taitte.
An attorney representing applicants on replatting of:
Lots 7A, 7B, 8A, 8B, 9A and 9B
Block 26
West University Place 1st Addition
CHAIRMAN
application #83-2, presented a letter from David Trachtenberg,. Attorney,
to City Attorney stating history of right-of-way and confusion in establishing
title for his clients.. No action was taken concerning application as no
further documentation was presented. It was noted that the letter was un-
signed and. Mr. Trachtenberg indicated he would not sign the letter.
Board members continued discussion concerning Rules of Procedure..
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned.
