~ ~ March 3, 1983
'I'he Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West University Place convened
in special session; Thursday, March 3, 1983, 7:35 p.m, with the following members
present: Chairman Casey, presiding; members Abell, Bettl.er and Norton present.
Mr. Casey ascertained from the secretary that official notice of the special
session had been posted in proper places in City Hall.
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m.
The first thing on the agenda was the approval of past minutes.
JANUARY 13. 1983
Mr. Norton made a motion to approve the January 13, 1983 minutes as read.
Mr. Bettler seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion Carried.

Mr. Norton made a motion to approve the January 20, 1983 minutes as read.
Mr. Abell seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion Carried.

FEBRUARY 10, 1983
Mr. Bettler made a motion to approve the February 10, 1983 minutes with the
amendment of changing the "Special Meeting to a Regular Meeting". Mr. Abell
seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion Carried.

FEBRUARY 17, 1983

Mr. Abell made a motion to approve the February 17, 1983 minutes with the
amendment of changing the "Regular bfeeting to a Special r1eeting". Mr. Bettler
seconded the motion. All in favor. A9otion Carried.

Mr. Casey read a letter to the members that he had received from b9r. Wade A.
Kilpatrick, attorney for Mrs. Lois Ann Flynn, application #82-10.
Mr. Casey also read a letter stating the change of ownership of the property
at 3815 Amherst and to inform the Zoning and Planning Commission that the
status has changed from residential single family to municipal use catagory
(this is the site for the new police station to be constructed).
General discussion began on the rezoning of Wroxton.
The Zoning and Planning Commission meeting adjourned at 10:15 p.m..
