Home My WebLink About06091983 ZPC Minutes~4 ~ W .. ; . = *~ ~ ~ /g ~ p~~- ~ . . ,z REGULAR MEETING ZONING F~ PLANNING COb~4ISSI0N JUNE 09, 1983 The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of {Vest University Place convened in regular session, Thursday, June 9, 1983; 7:30 p.m., with the following members present: Chairman Kendrick; presiding r4embers Bettler, Norton, 0'Leary,and Taitte. Hearing of Residents: T'here were no matters or inquires to bring before the commissidn. Chairman Kendrick introduced himself and gave his address.in the City, followed by other members, ascertained from the secretary that Notice of Meeting had been posted in City Hall on June 31, 1983. Chairman Kendrick withdrew himself from the discussion of ~Vroxton, turning the meeting over to Mr. Bettler. Commissio~i members reviewed in detail Draft dated June 2, 1983, of recommen- dations concerning rezoning of certain property in the 2600 and 2700 blocks ~ of Wroxton Road. Certain changes were made in said Draft and Vice-Chairman Bettler ir-structed to rewrite it for submittal and review at the next regular meeting of the Zoning and Planning Commission on July 14, 1983. Copies of a draft for Subdivision Ordinance reviewed in Zoning and Planning Commission meeting on June 2, 1983, were presented. This was included on the agenda with the anticipation that suggested changes for consideration by City Council would have been recieved with questions and recommendations to the Commission, but the Council was unable to do so at this time. Expiration date on application~#83-2 Virginia Street would be t}ie next regular Zoning and Plannings! meeting on_July 14,. 19.83,. ~All necessary~r.equirements -s}iould--be~presented to the Commission or the anPlication will automatica~ly be re~ected.- .The secretary~was instructed to notify-applicants of this expiration date.
