ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
JANUARY 8, 1987
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West University
Place, Texas, convened in regular session at the City Hall on
Thursday, January 8, 1987, with the following members present:
Chairman Reid Wilson, Charles Lusk, George Ruhlen, Susan Rachlin,
Robert Lindsey and Buddy Bell. Wayne Perry, the building
inspector, was also present. Stephen Munisteri joined the
meeting at approximately 8:00 P.M.
Notice of the meeting was posted in the City Hall as required by
State Statute.
Comments concerning height limitation on fences, pervious
materials, requirements for front yards and setback requirements
were made by the two city residents.
• The members and the building inspector held a general discussion
of the proposed revision to Zoning Ordinance No. 111.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting
adjourned at approximately 10:00 P.M.
