REGULAR MEETING
ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
9 APRIL 1987
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West Univeristy
Place, Texas, convened in regular session at the City Hall on
Thursday, 9 April 1987 at 8:00 p.m. with the following members
present: Chairman Reid Wilson, Steven Munisteri, Susan Rar_hlin,
VYCe--Chairman Charles Lusk, Secretary George Ruhlen. The City
Attorney, James L. Dougherty, Jr. and the Building Inspector,
Wayne Perry, were also present.
Notice of the meeting was posted as required by State law.
The Commissioners first took public comment, all of which was
addressed toward the draft of the proposed comprehensive zoning
ordinance. Among those heard were Ralph Atkinson, Jim Tyler, Ken
Kern, Roqer Farrell, Richard Ettleman, Michael Leary, Sterling
• Miner, Leslie ~avidson, and Robert Heaton.
The Commission then discussed provisions regarding set-backs,
parking, building criteria, garages, fences,.lighting, vehicular
standards, home occupancy permits, subdivision of lots, and
pervious areas to be included in the next ~draft of the
comprehensive ordinance.
Upon motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meeting was
adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
