REGULAR MEETING
ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION

The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West Univeristy
Place, Texas, convened in regular session at the City Hall on
Thursday, 7 May 1987 at 7:45 p.m. with the following members
present: Chairman Reid Wilson,~ Robert Lindsey, George Ruhlen,
Charli-e Lusk, Ste.ven Munisteri, Susan Rachlin. The City
Attorney, ,7ames L. Dougherty, Jr. and the Building Inspector,
Wayne Perry, were also present.
Notice of the meeting was posted as required by State law.
The Commissioners heard public comment from citizens.
The Commissioners then discussed the set-back requirements and
the first five articles of the last draft of the proposed
comprehensive revision to the zoning ordinance.
Upon motion duly made,
adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
