SPECIAL MEETING
ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
21 MAY 1987
•
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West University
Place, Texas, convened in special session at the City Annex
Building on Thursday, 21 May 1987 at 8:00 p.m. with the following
members present: Chairman Reid Wilson, Robert Lindsey, George
Ruhlen, and Charlie Lusk. ~The City Attorney, James L. Douglicrty,
Jr. and the Building Inspector, Wayne Perry, were also preserit.
Notice of the meeting was posted as required by State law.
The Commissioners heard public comment from citizens including a
presentation by Fred Tooley of Lake Street advocating increasing
the permitted coverage for single family residential lots facing
non-single family residential districts.
The Commissioners then discussed the revisions to the proposed
zoning ordinances beginning with Article XII to the end of the
draft.
Upon motion duly made,
adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
