REGULAR MEETING ,
ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
4 JUNE 1987
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West University
Place, Texas, convened in regular session at the City Hall on
Thursday, 4 June 1987 at 7:55 p.m. with the following men-iers
present: Chairman Reid Wilson, Susan Rachlin, Vice Chairman
Charles Lusk, Secretary George Ruhlen, and Robert Lindsey. The
City Attorney, James L. Dougherty, Jr. and the Buiiding
Inspector, Wayne Perry, were also present.
Notice of the meeting was posted as required by State law.
There was no public comment.
The Commission then discussed further revisions to the proposed
zoning ordinance. The Commission agreed that Chairman Wilson
would prepare a draft of the Commissions findings and
• recommendations to accompany the proposed draft to City Council.
In addition, a workshop session with the City Council was
tentatively set for 18 June 1987.
Upon motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meeting was
adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
