• REGULAR MEETING
ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE
DATE: OCTOBER 8, 1987
7:30 P.M. .
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West
University Place, Texas convened in regular-special session
in the City Counsel Chambers, City Hall, 3800 University
Boulevard, City of West University Place, Texas. The second
Thursday of October, being October 8, 1987.
Members present were:
George Ruhlen Frank Billings
Susan Rachlin Ralph Stivison
Robert Lindsey Bonnie T. Holmes
Others in attendance were:
Wayne Perry Chief Building Official
Notice of ineeting was posted in the City Hall of West
University Place, Texas at least seventy-two (72) hours
preceding the day of the meeting as required by law.
~ A quorum was declared and the meeting convened.
1. Hearinq of Residents:
No residents wished to be heard.
2. Zoning Matters:
a. Request for rezoning: The request of West
University Baptist Church for rezoning of Lots
Ten (10 and Eleven (11), Block Fifteen (15),
College of University, Section Three (3), for
use as church parking was on the agenda, but
no representative of West University Baptist
Church appeared at the meeting.
3. Other Matters:
a. Due to the absence of Reid Wilson, Chairman of
the 1985-87 Planning and zoning Commission,
the Commission agreed to delay all
organizational matters to the next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 o'clock p.m.
