• REGULAR MEETING
ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE
DATE: February 11, 1988
7:30 P.M.
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West
University Place, Texas convened in regular session in the
City Counsel Chambers, City Hall, 3800 University Boulevard,
City of West University Place, Texas, the second Thursday of
February being February 11, 1988.
Members present were:
George Ruhlen Vice Chairman
Susan Rachlin
Robert Lindsey
Ralph Stivison
Bonnie T. Holmes
Others in attendance weres
Wayne Perry Chief Building Official
• Notice of ineeting was posted in the City Hall of West
University Place, Texas at least seventy-two (72) hours
preceding the day of the meeting as required by law. '~
A quorum was declared and the meeting convened.
1. Hearing of Residents:
No residents wished to be heard.
2. Zoning Matters:
No zoning matters were discussed.
3 Other Matters:
a. The Commission agreed to cancel the March
regular meeting if no zoning applications or
petitions were placed on the agenda 20 days
prior to the scheduled meeting date.
b. The Commission members had a short discussion
with Mr. Perry about the rate of home con-
struction began in January of 1988.
. The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 o'clock p.m.
