The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West
University Place, Texas convened in regular session in the
City Counsel Chambers, City Hall, 3800 University Boulevard,
City of West University Place, Texas, the second Thursday of
August, being August 11, 1988.
Members present were:
Reid C. Wilson Chairman and ~ecretary
Susan Rachlin
Bonnie T. Holmes
Others in attendance were:
Wayne Perry Chief Building Official
• A quorum was not in attendance and the meeting was called at
8:00 p.m. for lack of a quorum.
