Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on:
January 19, 2006
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,

a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
Open and Pervious Areas, Old Stock Housing,
Matters relating to the property owner's request for a special exception to allow 31%
open area in rear yard instead of the required 60%.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
