Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on:
March 16, 2006
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,

time extension of a variance granted for yard encroachment and height of a new building.

Garage Space, Garage accessory buildings. Matters relating to the property owner's
request for zoning relief from the Zoning Board of Adjustment to allow the construction
~ of a new garage accessory building containing approximately 671.50 square feet of non-
garage space. The Zoning Ordinance limits the garage to 600 square feet in this situation.

ADJOINING UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD.
