Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet in Regular Session on:
Febraury 17, 2005 .
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas
The subject(s) of the meering are as follows:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying parties,
swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Public Hearing of Docket 05-01 (Variance). Request for a variance at 3824 Byron Street to allow
the principle building to be 36.53 feet in height instead of the required 35 feet. Article 7, Table 7-
Principal buildings, Height, maximum.
3. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meetings held on
November 18, 2004, December 16, 2004 and January 6, 2005.
