Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on:
June 16, 2005
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying parties,
swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. OS-08, House at 2631 Pittsburgh Street (Special Exception)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
Parking, Driveways. Matters relating to the property owner's request for a special
exception to allow the garage to be 53 feet from the front street line rather than the
required 70 feet.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3. Docket No. 05-09, House at 2723 University (Special Exception)'
a. Preliminary matters such as filing deadlines, hearing date, party status, etc., including
suspension of the rules.

Certain Yard Encroachments. Matters relating to the property owner's request for a
special exception to grant Prior non-conforming ("PNC") status for certain yard
