Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on:
August 18, 2005
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying parties,
swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 05-10, House at 6505 Mercer Street West University Place, Texas 77005 (Specia]
Exception and Variance)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
Frontage and Side. Matters relating to the property owner's request
for a special exception to designate Mercer as the front of the property.
b. Yards and Rotated corners. Applicant requests a variance to allow the side yard to be 10'
instead of the required 20'on the Pittsburg side.
• c. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3. Docket No. 05-11, House at 6026 Lake Street (Special Exception)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
Parking and Driveways. Matters relating to the property owner's request for a special
exception to allow the addition of an attached, open breezeway-style covered parking
area/rear house entrance to be constructed 55 feet from the from street line, as opposed to
the required 70 feet.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
4. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meetings held on
July 21, 2005.
