Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustrnent (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on:
November 17, 2005
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas

a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
Buildings; accessory Buildings; Height Maximum. Matters relating to the property
owner's request for a variance to allow height of rear structure not to exceed 28.62

a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
PNC status, Certain Yard Encroachments. Matters relating to the
property owner's request for a special exception to allow a garage to be 2.9 feet instead
~ of 3 feet from the west property line. T'his would be an encroachment of 1.2 inches.
Applicant also requests a special exception to allow a second floor addition to the garage
in its present location.

a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
PNC status, Certain Yard Encroachments. Matters relating to the property owner's
request for a special exception to grant Prior non-conforming status for
the principal building to encroach into the side yard 1'8" {1.65'}, (4.6' from the property
line) and allow the garage to encroach 11" into the required set back (9.08' from the
property line).
b. Garage Space, Garage doors or openings. Matters relating to the property owners
request for a variance to allow the second floor of the garage to be built 9.08' from the
side property line (11" into the side yard).

yard of the site to provide a safer exit from the driveway onto

Place, Texas 77005 (Variance)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
Off-street Parking. Matters relating to the property owner's request for a variance to allow
Off-street parking of 4 spaces per 1000 square feet instead of the required 10 spaces per
1000 square feet for a dance company.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
