Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on:
December 15, 2005
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,

The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying parties,
swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. OS-21, House at 6518 Mercer Street West University Place, Texas 77005 (Variance)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
Projections Schedule. Matters relating the property owner's request for a variance
to replace HVAC units in their pre-existing location on the second floor of garage.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3. Docket No. 05-22, House at 2703 Pemberton Dr (Special Exception)
• a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
Open and Pervious Areas, Old Stock Housing,
Matters relating to the property owner's request for a special exception to allow 31%
open area in rear yard instead of the required 60%.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
6. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on
November 17, 2005.
