NOTICE OF ZONINC BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARINC
The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearin~ in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West University Place,
Texas at 6:30 P.1v1. on March 18, 2004. The hearing may be recessed and continued to the ZBA meeting set to
begin at 6:30 P.m. on April l 5, 2004 at t he s ame p lace. T he p urpose o f t he h earing i s t o p rovide a n
opportunity for all persons to be heard in relation to the following matter:

Legal descrtption of the slte: Lot 3, Block 20, Colonial Terrace Section "C", according to map
or plat thereof recorded in Volume 655, Page 517, of the Deed
Records of Harris County, Texas.
