NOTICE OF ZONINC BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING
The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West University Place,
Texas at 6:30 P.M. on June 17, 2004. The hearing may be recessed and continued to the ZBA meeting set to
begin at 6:30 P.-v~. on Julv 15, 2004 at the same place. The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity
for all persons to be heard in relation to the following matter:

Legal descrtption of the site: TRS 6A, 7,8,9,10A, lOB&11A, block25 (001*TR16), West
University Place, Section 1

Action Requested or Proposed: Request for a special exception at 3611 University Blvd to authorize
• the existing church and customary ancillary uses (which may
include schools, daycare, gymnasium, etc. in a single family district
and to grant PNC status for yard encroachments (9.5' side and 5'
rear). (Article 12, Section 12-102 (E), Acquiring PNC status)
Request for a variance at 3611 University Blvd to allow the interior
side yard setback of Lot 9 to a 9' setback and of Lot 10 to a 13'
setback. (Table 7-2: Yards (or setbacks)
Applicable regulations include the City~s Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 211 of the Texas ~ocal
Government Code and the rules of the tBA. Addttional detatls on such matters, as well as.
