Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet in Regular Session on:
August 19, 2004
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying parties,
swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Public Hearing of Docket 04-09 (Variance). Request for a variance at 5904 Community Drive to
allow an interior side yard setback of nine (9) feet and a street yard setback of nine (9) feet. {Article
7, Table 7.2 yards (or setbacks)} .
3. Public Hearing of Docket 04-10 (Special Exception). Request for a Request for a special
exception at 3902 Browning Street to allow for an additional garage parking space. {Article 7, Table
7-4a: Garage Space, Note 1}
~ 4. Public Hearing of Docket 04-11 (Variance). Request for a variance at 4019 University Boulevard
to allow the proposed building behind the garage to have a 3' setback from the side property line
instead of the standard 5' setback. {Article 7, Table 7-2: Yards (or `setbacks')
