Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying parties, swearing of witnesses, etc. ~ 2. Docket 04-05 (Special Exception & Variance). (A) R equest f or a s pecial exception a t 3 611 U niversity B lvd t o a uthorize t he existing c hurch a nd customary ancillary uses (which may include schools, daycare, gymnasium, etc. in a single-family district and to grant PNC status for yard encroachments (9.5' side and 5' rear). {Table 7- 1:Uses/Special Exceptions and Section 12-102(e) Acquiring PNC Status/Certain Yazd Encroachments} (B) Request for a variance at 3611 University Blvd to allow the interior side yard (setback) of lot 9 to ~ be 9 feet and of Lot 10 to be 13 feet. {Table 7-2: Yards (or setbacks) Resumption of deliberations, decision, etc. and related matters. (Public Hearing on this matter completed at the meeting held on July 15, 2004) Special Hearing Provisions: The ZBA has set this additional hearing to receive evidence from: (1) persons who did not speak at the previous hearing on this matter and (2) persons who spoke at the previous hearing but have new evidence to present or comments on draft documents (proposed decisions and conditions). 3. Public Hearing of Docket 04-12 (Special Exception and Variances). Request for a special exception at 3756 University Boulevard to allow existing school with accessory uses and a new addirion to existing school in a single family residential district (SF-3). The accessory uses are day care, park/playground and community center. Article 7, Section 7-101, Table 7-1. Request for the following variances at 3756 University: • To•reduce off street parking from 139 to 36 spaces. Article 10, Section 10-100. • To allow parking in front of principle building with no perimeter fencing. Artic1e10, Section 10- 03 • To allow existing modular buildings to remain in street side yard. Article 7, section 7-101, Table 7-2 • To allow the existing 6-foot high chain link fence to remain at rear lot line (instead of 8' opaque fence). Article 8, Section 8-103 • To allow existing and new portable buildings in the front yard. R equest for a s pecial e xception a t 3 824 Northwestern Street to extend PNC status to allow replacement condenser unit (AC) to remain on slab of original AC unit in side setback. Article 12, Section 12-105 5. Public Hearing of Docket 04-14 (Variance). Request for a variance at 3831 Case Street to allow the principle building to be a maximum of 36 feet instead of the required 35 feet. Article 7, Table 7- 4b:Principal buildings, Height, maximum. 6.
