NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING

The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, City of West University Place, Texas
77005, during a,meeting set to begin at 6:30 P.M. on Decem6er 16, 2004. The hearing may be recessed and
continued to the ZBA meeting set to begin at 6:30 P.n1. on Januarv 20, 2005 at the same place. The purpose
of the hearing is to provide a special, additional opportunity for interested persons to be heazd in relation to the
following matter:

Legal description of the site: Lot 16, in Block 10, of Collegeview, an addition in Harris County,
Texas according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Volume 6,
Page 44 of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas.

Action Requested: Applicant requests a variance to allow placement of the driveway to
be over 6" above base elevation in side yard.
