Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet in Regular Session on:
December 16, 2004
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas
The subject(s) of the meering are as follows:

2. Public Hearing of Docket 04-18 (Variance). Request for a variance at 3826 Oberlin Street to
allow placement of the driveway to be over 6" above base elevation in side yard. {Article 7, Table

3. Public Hearing of Docket 04-19 (Variance). Request for a variance at 2726 Robinhood Street,
