NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING

The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West University Place,
Texas at 6:30 P.M. on March 20, 2003. The hearing may be recessed and continued to the ZBA meeting set to
begin at 6:30 p:M. on April 17, 2003 at t he s ame p lace. T he p urpose o f t he h earing i s t o p rovide a n
opportunity for all persons to be heard in relation to the following matter:

Note 3, Buildings in Rear Yard or SF Bufferyard of the Zoning
Ordinance. The request for a variance is to allow existing garage in
