NOTICE OF ZONINC BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING

The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West University Place,
Texas at 6:30 P.M. on Aari117. 2003. The hearing may be recessed and continued to the ZBA meeting set to
begin at 6:30 p.lvt. on Mav 15, 2003 at the same place. Th~ purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity
for all persons to be heazd in relation to the following matter:
Adqress of the Slte: 4229 Coleridge, Houston, Texas 77005
Legal des~rlptlon of the slte: Lots 19 and 20, in block 16 of Colonial Terrace, an addition to the
City of West University Place, According to the map or Plat thereof
recorded in Volume 655, Page 293 of the deed records of Harris
County, Texas.

Aatton Requested or Proposed: Request for a variance regarding Table 7-2: Yards (or'setbacks'),
Rear y ard, D istance f rom t he P roperty L ine, S ee N ote 1 o f the
Zoning Ordinance. The request for a variance is to allow the
entirety of both lots facing Coleridge be treated as a rear yard and
that a fence be placed one (1) foot from the property line on
Coleridge.

Code and the rules of the ZBA. Additlonal details on such matters. as well as, the applicable
