Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Members of the City Council
will meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday February 20, 2003 6:30 P.M.
Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005

T'he subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
4. Extension of Time. Matters relating to a request for an extension of time to design, construct, etc. under
Variance granted in Docket No. 02-01 to St. Mark's Episcopal Church and School, 3816 and 3836
Bellaire Boulevard.
5. Public Hearing of Docket 03-O1 (Special Exception). Request for a Special Exception at 4148
Coleridge regarding Table 7-4A, Garage Space, Note 1, Special Exceptions. The request for the Special
Exception is to allow construction of 4-car garage on a building site with 6600 square feet.
6. Public Hearing of Docket 03-02 (Special Exception). Request for a Special Exception at 6404
Westchester regarding Table 7-SA, Parking, driveways, etc., Note 7, Special Exceptions. The request for
the Special Exception is to allow the maximum width for a side yard driveway serving a three-car garage
to be 30 feet.
7. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on November 21,
2002.
8. Adjournment.
