Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Members of the City Council
will meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday Apri117, 2003 6:30 P.M.
Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
. 4. Public Hearing of Docket 03-05 (Variance). Request for a Variance at 4221 and 4229 Coleridge
regarding Table 7-2: Yards (or 'setbacks') of the Zoning Ordinance. The request for the Variance is to
allow the entireTy of both lots facing Coleridge be treated as a rear yard and that a fence be placed one (1)
foot from the property line on Coleridge.
5. Rules of Procedures. Matters relating to the ZBA Rules of Procedures.
6. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on March 20, 2003.
7. Adjournment.

Municipal Building is wheel chair accessible from the west entrance and specially marked parking
sqaces are available in the southwest parkin~ area.
