Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room 3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005 • The subjects of the meeting are as follows: 1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting. 2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting. 3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. 4. Public Hearing of Docket 03-06 (Appeal). An appeal of the Building Official's decision that 3030 Pittsburgh (6447 Vanderbilt) is not a rotated corner lot. Public Hearing of Docket 03-07 (Special exception and Variance). Request for a special exception at 6614 W eslayan regarding Article 12, Section 12-105 Special Exceptions to Extend PNC Status. The request for the special exception is to grant prior non-conforming status as to size and dimension of lot. (97.5" x 50.27') Request for a variance at 6614 Weslayan regarding Table 5-1 Building Site Dimensions. The request for a variance is to allow minimum depth of lot of 97.50 feet instead of the required 100 feet deep. 6. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meering held on April 17, 2003. 7.
