Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Members of the City Council
will meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday June 19, 2003 6:30 P.M.
Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 University Boulevard, West University Ptace, Texas 77005
T'he subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
• 4. Election of Officers. Matters relating to the election of officers (e.g., Presiding Officer and
Vice-Presiding Officer, for the Zoning Board of Adjustment).
5. Public Hearing of Docket 03-08 (Variance). Request for a variance at 6024 Fordham regarding
Table 7-4a: Garage Space, in general. T he r equest f or a v ariance i s t o d isallow t he r equired
minimum enclosed parking space to build accessory quarters.
6. Public Hearing Continued of Docket 03-06 (Appeal). An appeal of the Building Official's decision
that 3030 Pittsburgh (6447 Vanderbilt) is not a rotated corner lot. Originally heard May 15, 2003 and
tabled at that time.
7. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on May 15, 2003.
8. Adjournment.
