Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Members of the City Council
will meet in Special Session on:
June 30, 200312:30 p.M.
Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005

The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order.
a. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Docket 03-06 (Appeal). An appeal of the Building Official's decision that 3030 Pittsburgh (6447
Vanderbilt) is not a rotated corner lot (affects front street line,). Originally heard May 15, 2003 and June
19, 2003 with further action postponed.
3. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held June 19, 2003.
4. Adjournment.
