Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Members of the City Council
will meet in Regular Session on:
October 16, 2003 6:30 r.M. •
Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subjects of the meeting.are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on •the agenda will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
• 4. ~ Public Hearing of Docket 03-09 (Variance). Request for a variance at 3211 Pittsburg/6500 Buffalo
Speedway regarding Table 7-4b: Principal Building. The request for a variance is to allow the
principal building to be taller than 25' in the rear yard.
5. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on June 30, 2003.
6. Adjournment.

Municipal Buiiding is wheel chair accessible from the west entrance and specially marked parking
