Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and members of the City
Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will meet in
Regular Session on:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying
parties, swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Public Hearing of Docket 03-10 (Special Exception). Request for a special exception at
3821 and 3831 Amherst regarding Table 7-1: Uses. The request for a special exception is to
allow church use in a single-family dish-ict.
