NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING
The Zoning Board of Adjushnent ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West University Place,
Texas at 6:30 p.M. on Mnrch 21,2002. The hearing and re-hearing may be recessed and continued to the
ZBA meeting set to begin at 6:30 P.M. on April 18. 2002 at the same place. The purpose of the hearing and
re-hearing is to provide an opportunity for all persons to be heard in relation to the following matters:
Address of the site: 3816 and 3836 Bellaire Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77005
Legal description of the site: Lots 27, 28, 29, 30 and 3] of Cambridge Place, a subdivision out of
the AC Reynolds Survey, A-61 in Hanis County Texas, according
to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 4, Page 55, of the
map records of Harris County, Texas.

Permittee/Applicant: St. Marks Episcopal Church and School
• Action Requested or Proposed: Request for a Special Exception regarding Article 12. Prior Non-
Conformities, Section 12-105, Special Exceptions of the Zoning
Ordinance to extend PNC Status. The request for the Special
Exception is to authorize the addition of a new educational building
in a single-family district.
The following is rehearing of the variance request
from the February 21, 2002 meeting:
Request for a variance regarding Table 7-2: Yards (or'setbacks') of
the Zoning Ordinance. The request for a variance is to allow
construction of a new educational building with a 20'-0' side
setback along the east property line.
Applicable regulations include the City's Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 211 of the Tezas Local
Government Code and the rules of the zBA. Additional details on such matters, as well as, the
applicable regulations are available for public inspectian ln the Public works Center, 3826
Amherst, West University Place~ 77005. Any person interested in such matters should attend
the hearings.
