HomeMy WebLinkAbout07182002 ZBA Notice• ~.. ~ .. ~ ~ ~ • NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING • The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West University Place, Texas at 6:30 P.M. on July 18, 2002. The hearing may be recessed and continued to the ZBA meeting set to begin at 6:30 P.M. on August 15, 2002 at the same place. The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for all persons to be heard in relation to the following matter: Address of the site: 4004 Marlowe, Houston, Texas 77005 Legal description of the site: Lot .Eleven (11) and the adjoining East 20 feet (E 20')of Lot Twelve (12) in Block Four (4) of BISSONNETT PLACE, an addition in Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in volume 8, page 42 of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas. Save and except the East 2'/2 feet of Lot Eleven (l 1) granted to Harris County By Right-of-Way .Deed recorded in Volume 1925, page 267 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas Docket No.: 02-06 Permittee/Applicant: David Weekley Homes/Raymond K. Ehrig and Pamela G. Browne Action Requested or Proposed: Request for a variance regarding Table 7-2: Yards (or setbacks)of the Zoning Ordinance. The request for a variance is to allow a structure to encroach approximately 21 inches in the street side yard adjacent to Weslayan Street. Applicable regulations include the City's Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code and the rules of the ZBA.
