Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Members of the City Council
wili meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday February 21, 6:30 P.ivt.
Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
~ perm'it the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
, referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.

3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
• 4. Public Hearing of Docket 02-O1 Matters related to a request for a Special Exception at 3816 & 3836
. Bellaire Boulevard regarding Article 12, Prior Non-Conformities, Section 12-105, Special Exceptions of
the Zoning Ordinance to extend PNC Status. The request for the Special Exception is to authorize the
existing church and school use and the addition of a new educational building in a single-family district.
Request for a variance at 3816 & 3836 Bellaire Boulevard regarding Table 7-2: Yards (or 'setbacks') of
the Zoning Ordinance. The request for a variance is to allow construction of a new educational building
with a 20'-0' side setback along the east property line.
5. Public Hearing of Docket 02-02 Matters related to a request for an amendment to an existing Special
Exception at 3505 Bissonnet (Docket 99-11) regarding Article 12, Prior Non-Conformities, Section 12-
105, Special Exceptions to extend PNC Status to add an educational building for church use.
6. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on November 15,
2001.
7. Adjournment.
