Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Members of the City Council
. will meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday Apri118, 2002 ~6:30 P.1vl.
Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
perm.itted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
4. Public Hearing of Docket 02-03 (Variance). Request for a variance at 3823 Case regarding Table 7-6:
• Projections Schedule, Mechanical Equipment, Note 6., Equipment in Rear or Side Yard of the Zoning
Ordinance. The request for a variance is to allow a/c mechanical equipment to remain on roof of garage.
5. Public Hearing of Docket 02-04 (Special Exception). Matters related to a request for a Special
Exception at 3224 University Boulevard regarding Table 7-SA, Note 7., Special Exceptions of the Zoning
Ordinance. The request for a special exception is to allow a forty-foot driveway approach instead of a
twenty.-foot driveway approach for a four-car garage.
6. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on February 21,
2002 and March 21, 2002.
7. Adjournment.

The Municipal Building is wheel chair accessible from the west entrance and specially marked i
