Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Members of the City Council
will meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday August 15, 2002 6:30 P.M.
Municipal Building, Bill Watson Confereace Room
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens ~vho wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
` referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
• 4. Public Hearing of Docket 02-07 (Special Exception). Request for a Special Exception at 3906
Tennyson regarding Article 12, Section 12-102, Acquiring PNC status (e) Certain Yard Encroachments.
The request for the Special Exception is to grant prior nonconforming status to allow the existing
structu`re to encroach 0.2 feet into the east side setback.
5. Public Hearing of Docket 02-07 (Variance). Request for a variance at 3906 Tennyson regarding Table
7-2: Yards (or setbacks) Interior side yard: Greater of 10% of building site width or 5 feet of the Zoning
Ordinance. The request for a variance is to allow a structure to be built into the side yard approximately
2.8 feet from the side property line.
6. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on July 18, 2002.
7. Adjournment.

The Municipal Building is wheel chair accessible from the west entrance and specially marked
parking spaces are available in the southwest parking area.
