Notice of Zr,vning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zo ning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Members of the City Council
, will meet in Regular Session on:
Thi~ursday October 17, 2002 6:30 p.M.
MuniciF/al Building, Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 Uni~:ersity Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subjects of the meet~.~ig are as follows: ~
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who -wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
. 4. Public Hearing of Docket 02-08 (Variance). Request for a variance regarding Table 7-2: Yards (or
setbacks). The request for a variance is to allow new home construction at 4231 Rusldn with a 25' set-
back in front yard. Current setback requirements call for a 30' setback.
5. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on August 15,
2002.
6. Adjournment.

The Municipal Building is wheel chair accessible from the west entrance and specially marked
parking spaces are available in the southwest parking area.
