NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING
The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will
hold a public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West
University Place, Texas at 7:30 P.M. on June 21, 2001. The hearing may be recessed and continued
to the ZBA meeting set to begin at 7:30 P.~vt. on Julv 19, 2001 at the same place. The purpose of the
hearing is to provide an opportunity for all persons to be heard in relation to the following matter:
Address of the site: 3936 Oberlin Street, Houston, Texas 77005
Legal description of the site: Lot Eighteen (18), in Block Nine (9), of Collegeview, an
addition in Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat
thereof recorded in Volume 6, Page 44, Map Records of
Harris County, Texas, save and except the Westerly 2.5 x 100
feet thereof, conveyed to Harris County, by instrument
recorded in Volume 1938, Page 645, Deed Records.

Permittee/Applicant: Thomas M. Huynh
Action Requested or Proposed: Request for a Special Exception regarding Table 7-4A,
Garage Space, Garage doors or openings, Door or opening
facing side street line, Note 1, to allow construction of a
covered apron with supporting columns in front of the garage
~ door to be 5' inward from the side street line
Applicable regulations include the City's Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 211 of the Texas
~ocal Government Code and the rules of the ZBA. Additional details on such matters,
as well as, the appllcable regulations are available for public inspection in the Public
Works Center, 3826 Amherst, West University Place, 77005. Any person interested in
such matters should attend the hearings.
