NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING
•
The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West University Place,
Texas at 7:30 P.1v1. on AuEUSt 16, 2001.. The hearing may be recessed and continued to the ZBA meeting set
to begin at 7:30 P.1vt. on September 20, 2001 at the same place. The purpose of the hearing is to provide an
opportunity for all persons to be heard in relation to the following matter: ~
Address of the site: 3936 Case Street, Houston, Texas 77005
~egal description of the site: Lot Eighteen (18), in Block Thirteen (13), of Collegeview Section
~ 1, an addition in Hanis County, Texas, according to the map or plat
thereof recorded in Volume 831, Page 183, Mortgage Records of
Harris County, Texas.

Permittee/Applicant: Robert L. Patterson
Action Requested or Proposed: Request for a Variance regarding Table 7-6, Projections Schedule,
Porches/platforms/decks higher than 14 inches, and similar
structures attached to a building," to allow an addition to the
existing house at 3936 Case which includes the following:
(1) A porch (landing on the Weslayan Street side of the structure,
approximately 5 feet by 5 feet, at the level of the door opening
and
(2) A ramp from the landing to ground level, in a Northerly
direction toward the rear property line.
Applicable regulations tnclude the City's Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 211 of the Texas ~ocai
Covernment Code and the rules of the tBA. Additional details on such matters. as well as, the
applicable regulations are available for public inspection In the Public Works Center, 3826

the hearings.
