The Zoning Board of Adjusfi~ent ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a public
heazing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West University Place, Texas at 7:30 P.M. on
October 18. 2001. The hearing may be recessed and continued to the ZBA meeting set to begin at 7:30 P.M. on
November ] 5. 2001 at the same place. The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for all persons to be heard
in relation to the following matter:
Address of the site: 5600 Kirby Drive, Houston, Texas 77005
Legal description of the site: Tract "A", Block 2 of Quenby Court, Volume 22, Page 37,
H.C.M.R. and all of Lots 7, 8, & 9, Block 4, of Evanston, a
subdivision in Harris County, Texas. According to the map or plat
. thereof recorded in Volume 15, Page 50, of the map records of
Harris County, Texas.

NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING
Action Requested or Proposed: Request for a Variance regarding Zoning Ordinance Section
10-100, Off Street Parking, Article 10 Parking Areas,
Driveways and Loading Areas. This request for a Variance is
to allow applicant to construct improvements in it's Shopping
Center and the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for a
restaurant use of 3,000 square feet of space and to further
, allow the future completion of improvements of an additional
space of approximately 500 square feet for a non-restaurant
use and the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for such
space upon it's completion.
Applicable regulations include the City's 2oning Ordinance~ Chapter 211 of the Texas ~ocal
Government Code and the rules of the tBA. Additional details on such matters, as well as, the
appiicable regulations are available for public inspection in the Public Works Center, 3826

the hearings.
