Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday, August 16, 2001
7:30 PM
Municipal Building, Council Chambers
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
pern~itted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
referred to the City Staf.f for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
• 4. Public Hearing of Docket O1-06. Matters relating to a request for a Variance at 3936 Case Street, to
allow an addition to the existing house at 3936 Case which includes the following:
' (1) A porch (landing on the Weslayan Street side of the structure,
approximately 5 feet by 5 feet, at the level of the door opening
and
(2) A ramp from the landing to ground level, in a Northerly direction
toward the rear property line.
S. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meetings held on June 21, 2001.
6. Adjournment.
