Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday, September 20, 2001
7:30 PM
Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda
will be permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
State law will not permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the
agenda. Items that cannot be referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of
a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda
• items will be permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their
address.
4. Election of Offcers. Matters relating to the election of officers (e.g., Presiding Officer and
Vice-Presiding Officer, for the Zoning Board of Adjustment).
5. Rules of Procedure. Matters related to Zoning Board of Adjustment Rules of Procedure.
6. Public Hearing of Docket O1-07 Matters relating to a request for a Variance at 4144 Tennyson,
to allow the open area above the driveway to extend only 4'1" inward from the front yard in lieu
of the required 7' to prevent the destruction of a qualified tree.
7. Public Hearing of Docket O1-08 Matters relating to a request for a Special Exception at 4114
Tennyson to allow the construction of a porch style roof and support columns to project above
the driveway from the house to the front building line. .
8. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meetings held on August
16, 2001.
9. Adjournment.
