Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Members of the City Council
will meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday, October 18, 2001, 7:30 P.M.
Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving tiieir address. State law will not
permit the Z.BA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
~ 4. Public Hearing of Docket O1-09 Matters relating to a request for a Special Exception at 6733
Westchester Court, to allow the construction of a private (not visible from the street) 6' x 30' lap pool on a
portion of Lot R2 in Westchester Court for the purposes of physical therapy.
Public Hearing of Docket O1-10 Matters relating to a request for a Variance at 5600 Kirby to allow the
applicant to construct This reyuest for a Variance is to allow applicant to construct improvements in it's
Shopping Center and the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for a restaurant use of 3,000 square feet of
space and to further allow the future completion of improvements of an additional space of approximately
500 square feet for a non-restaurant use and the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for such space upon
it's completion. •
6. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meetings held on August l6,
2001.
7. Adjournment.
