Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Members of the City Council
will meet in Regular Session on: .
Thursday November 15, 2001, 6:30 P.M. ~
Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. items that cannot be
referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.

3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
~ 4. Rules of Procedure. Matters related to Zoning Board of Adjustment Rules of Procedure.
5. Public Hearing of Docket O1-11 Matters relating to a request for a Special Exception regarding Zoning
Ordinance Table 7-Sa: Parking, driveways, Note 7. Special Exceptions, (iv). This request for a Special
Exception is to allow a stub driveway in front of the principal building (not surrounded by a fence) to
allow a safe exit on to Bissonnet.
G. Public Hearing of Docket O1-12 Matters relating to a request • for either a Variance or a Special
Exception or both, regarding Zoning Ordinance Table 7-Sa: Parking, driveways, Note 6 and/or 7. This
request for either a Variance or a Special Exception or both, is to allow a driveway to be locafed on the
south side of the west property line of the subject property to save a 32-inch diameter mature qualified
tree.
7. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meetings held on October 18,
2001.
8. Adjournment.
