Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday, April 20, 2000
7:30 PM
Municipal Building
3800 University Boulevard
West University Place, Texas
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss, debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
4. Public Hearing of Docket 00-08. Matters relating to a request for special exception to grant PNC (prior
~ non-conforming) status which would authorize the projection (no more than 18") of existing pool
equipment into the side yard.
5. Public Hearing of Docket 00-09. Matters relating to a request for special exception to grant PNC (prior
non-conforming) status which would authorize the projection of the existing principal building (as built)
into the front yard.
6. Public Hearing of Docket 00-10. Matters relating to a request to amend existing variance which limits
the height of the residences to two stories with a maximum height of 35', to allow one residence proposed
for Lots R1 and R2 to have 2 1/2 stories maintain.ing a maximum height of 35' (which would be in
compliance with the current ordinance).
7. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of mi.nutes from the meeting held on March 16, 2000.
9. Adjournment.
