Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday, May 18, 2000
7:30 PM
Municipal Building
3800 University Boulevard
West University Place, Texas
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss, debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
4. Public Hearing of Docket 00-11. Matters relating to a request for variance to allow the construction of a
• carport projecting into the required side yard setback. ~
5. Public Hearing of Docket 00-12. Matters relating to a request for special exception to grant PNC (prior
non-conforming) status which would authorize the projection of the existing garage (as built) into the side
yard (.1 feet) and into the rear 5 foot easement (.5 feet).
6. Public Hearing of Docket 00-13. Matters relating to a request for special exception to grant PNC (prior
non-conforming) status which would authorize the projection of an existing covered porch into the rear
yard and/or request for a vaziance to allow an addition to the principal. building to p.roject into the rear
yard.
7. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on Apri120, 2000.
9. Adjournment.
